HELP with changing ePO agent policies

Hi, I am running ePO 2.5 and I am having a problem with the agent configuration. It seems that with mostly WinXP computers that the agent tab does not show up in the policies window in the upper rigth hand corner of the screen. As a result, I cannont change the ASCI polling interval on these computers. The users are complaining that the VirusScan (4.5.1) window pops up every 5 minutes becasuse this is the default interval. What can I do so that the VirusScan window does not pop up and so that I can change the agent policies on these machines?

Have you tried re-installing the ePO agents?
