I have set up a linux server with sendmail and all is working fine but I need to put a catch-all account for all the unresolved addresses of that domain. The info that I had looked at is all based on the virtuserstable file but I dont need that because I dont have a virtual domain, just one and if I do that, I'll have to add a file for every user that I have in my domain.

Does someone knows how can I do it?

Thanks.

You should be able to set up a filter or 'recipe' in your .procmailrc file that will do the trick. 'man procmail' should give you some examples of how to do that.
