Hi All,

I'm using Phone Manager 3.0.14, and when I go to dial a number back from In or Missed in the call history, it won't dial. I noticed that the secondary dial tone prefix ("9" in this case), does not show up in front of the number in the call history, so this is probably the issue. Does anyone know how to automatically add the prefix in Phone Manager? Can it be done?

Many thanks for any help.

John

Yes, in the Line settings you can add a "9" in the prefix field.
If done so you also must extend your shortcodes, put a "9" before the telephonenumber to dial as this will be stripped before the number is actually send to the line.
Example :
old way ( without the 9 as prefix )
SC = [9]N;
TN = N
LineID = your linegroup ID
Function = Dial
New way
SC = [9]N;
TN = 9N
LineID = your linegroup ID

This also has impact on LCR as this works on the TN of the Shortcodes, so if you use LCR then add a 9 before the LCT shortcodes and telephonenumbers.

You could also add

xxxxxxxxxx;
1N
Dial
