Help With Bullet Point

I am new to photoshop. Can someone help me on howto insert bullet point. I am designing a simple flyer, I had wanted to use bullet point.

Since you are designing a simply flyer in Photoshop, you are probably using Windows. The key command for a bullet on Windows is:

ALT-0149
