help with Bulk load

Hi,

I think that we have the bulk load module already installed!

Can someone please tell me what module to look for in the installed modules area to ensure that we have it installed..

Also, how do I use Bulk load to upload more files from my directory to Livelink??

if livelink is installed in this path c:\opentext then the modules directory should be under c:\opentext\modules.If you have access to the livelink server as Admin user then you can also run func=admin.sysreport that shows you all modules,pathces etc involved.Also in your c:\opentext\config\opentext.ini you have the module listings under the preferences called [Modules]
In case the bulk load what you mean is the Objectimporter module that I talked about it may be called 'parse'.As 'KLANON' says why don't you use livelink explorer since it has many good features.
