Help with BUG4046 code. Thanks.

I have an Opt 11 in which we just installed a new PRI. Since then we get this series of bug codes constantly. The system messages book is little help and only says that BUG4046 is "Invalid faciltiy I.E. information received". The actual bug codes look like this

Any clues where I should begin? I only mentioned the PRI because of the coincidence in timing, but perhaps they are not even related. Heck if I know.

I had to turn Bug codes off from being displayed on the terminal tty just so we could manuever in programming because there are so many of these codes you can't do anything in the switch.

Hi,

Probably something is wrong in the DCH programming. What kind of Line is connected to the PRI? Is it the same sort as the other PRI??

If so, check both DCH's and change the new one if there are differences. If your programming is the same (I assume the new PRI is an expansion of the existing one) call your privider and ask they see any differences in there programming.

It is the only PRI I have, so, there is really nothing to compare it to internally, but I can call the telco and do as you suggested.
