help with bellsouth dsl

I have a speedstream 5360 modem that canot open pages. I tried some basic trouble shooting with bsouth tech supp.and did verify two way traffic. im able to connect but cant open pages ,,,,can any one help

sorry, you'll need to post more info than that. OS, version of browser, troubleshooting steps already taken ect.

there are way too many issues for this to give a magic answer.
