Help with APIs 1

Hi, i have just bought a computer game, Secert Service by Activision and Fun Labs. I have e-mailed them and they haven't responed so i was wondering if you could help me. My computer meets all of the requirements and the game doesn't work. Now, i am pretty god with computers and i don't think the problem is with my computer. I have loaded and started the game fine, but once i get past the advertisements the srceen goes black and says "no apis[DX/GL] validies found". I was wondering if you could tell me if this problem is with my computer or with the disk and (if possible) how can i fix it?

Do you have directx or open GL installed. check it out and get back to me.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX installed?

yes i have DirectX's latest version installed

My handle (craigD) is'nt working at the moment.

What operating system are you running? Is it NT (I seem to remember someone telling me that NT does'nt support all of the features of DirectX).
