Ok im very new to the whole webserver thing. I have tried both apache and Jana server. I can get them both set up so that i can view the site when going Yet other people cannot view the site from that URL. Could someone tell me what I need to do to set it up so that every one can view this site not just me.My router is the brand Inexco.

tone2004,

The 192.168.1.2 IP address is a reserved class C address that can only be accessed from within your own LAN. This address is not routable from the public internet.

Your router most likely has a WAN IP. This is the IP address that you can give out to others who will access your Apache server from outside of your LAN, however you will need to set up your router to forward traffic on port 80 to your Apache server.

Please consult your router's documentation if you are unsure of the steps involved.
