Well i can tell you that this is a asa sp error and it would show if you were using a OAS server with a LAN card in the Octel. Do you have a LAN card in the Octel ? or someone may have setup the applications in the Octel but never added the OAS server ?
Ken: Thanks for looking at this. I do have a Lan card installed. It is connected to a terminal server and is used for administration only. I have no external apps defined. I will ask the data guy's if they reset the terminal server on the day in question
Ok here we go. I have the LAN card talking to the Voice mail network. 3 sites in a 5 digit dial plan. All ok. On the CCF I have the console connection connected to the Terminal server. I use procom with Wyse 52 terminal emulation. This is also working fine. I also have a local dumb terminal connected to the CCF as well. I checked this as well all ok. I have not received an error since and I going to clear them and wait and see.
We have an Octel 250 and need to make a mailbox as "Listen Only" I see the parameter to change this, but the system will not allow me to save the mailbox as Listen Only. Does anyone know how to set this option?
