I am using a laptop with WinXP-Pro and can't get into a website. I get the following message:

"The Seagate Software ActiveX Viewer is unable to create it's resource objects."

I have updated to the most recent MS Scripting Engine but still no luck. All MS critical updates are installed.

Any recommendations to solve this would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Harry

Reports are processed on line via a Crystal Reports Viewer. Depending on your system setup and depending on the patches done on your machine recently, you may have to update certain files to be able to view the reports properly. Most computers have this file updated automatically, however some may need to reinstall the file. If you receive this message you will have to delete the current file and download and install it again. The file may be deleted in Internet Explorer 6.0 by going to Tools, Internet Options, Settings, View Objects, click on the Crystal Report Viewer and click delete. (The instructions may vary slightly for other versions of Internet Explorer.) You may then reinstall the viewer.
