Help with Accpac Plus Purchase Order

Hello My company does not want to spend money upgrading from Accpac plus purchase order. I don't have any idea how this thing works, the manual was lost about a decade ago and none could be found on the web.

All was working fine until yesterday when posting purchase orders, user gets the error: "Random ADD err. Press F2"

Another user worked on this station before the problem started though of course he claims he didn't do anything out of procedure. Please help and by the way the version is Accpac Plus purchase order v6.1C.

PO6.1C is a very, very old product and even at it's best it was flaky. That's why it was replaced by Inventory Receipts, which became the standard PO system for Plus.

Your company is extremely short sighted and this will someday cost them way more than to upgrade to more recent software.
