Help with accessing web page on the network

Hi there,
I have created an Intranet site at work on my work PC. I have published the site to our Intranet server and when i try to access the site it works fine, on the server. When i try to access it from my own PC or another PC i am unable to. Any suggestions on possible or likely explantions are welcomed cause i cant think of anything else to try.
