Help with AA not answering

I am new to the BCM50 and am having difficulty with convincing the AA to answer the lines. There are 3 analog incoming lines which they would like answered and I have AA set to answer on the second ring. I know there is an easy solution that I have overlooked.

Line numbers on the main unit start at 61 and go thru 64

Is the AA programmed to answer them?

Also make sure that Answer lines- Y is programmed under Feature 982.

I had it answering lines 1-3, not 61-63. Thank you! I knew it was something simple that I overlooked.
