Help with a time sheet report

I have a request to put together a time sheet based on employee hours worked (punch in and out data)

The powers that be want it laid out in a biweekly format listing in/out times in columns 7 across per week with the ability to automatically print the in out times for up to 4 times per day in chronological order.

Looks like (for a few days)
