Sorry if this is not the correct forum to be posting this, please let me know if this questions should be some place else.

Let me start that I'm very new to CR and I'm using version 9. My question is I have a report based on a SqlServer SP, that requires 4 parameters. The two parameters that I'm interested in are FirstLoadNum and LastLoadNum. These two values should be, for example 1 and 4. Right now the report put all of this info onto one report, I would like to have it separated into 4 separate reports. I don't know how to put that functionality into CR.

I hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help you can provide.

You can create 4 different reports, since you say that you want 4 reports.

If you mean that you want the data grouped by the loadnum value, then use Insert->Group and select the loadnum field and the report will be broken out by that value.

Rather than chat about technical information, try posting example data and the expected output.

Thanks for the quick response, I will never know how many reports there are because the values can change, they are values that represend a ranged of load number. So I will never know,

Here is the output that I'm seeing now.
LoadNumber JobName Crane Plant Row PieceMark
1.00
1.00 Westin 1 A A1 G105

2.00
2.00 Westin 1 A A2 G103

3.00
3.00 Westin 1 A A3 G107

Right now I have it grouping by loadnumber. I want it to create a new report for each unique load number. So with this data I would expect 3 reports.

Got it to work based on your previous response.
Thanks
