Help With a Cisco 2518

I just bought a cisco 2518 off ebay not the best way to do things i know but i'm trying to get my ccna and needed a cheap lab toy, anyway i was not supplied with a password no big deal i thought b/c i could recover it but i have been unsuccessful, the managment card seems to be not responding and the aux is jumpered to be a console but i cannot send the break command at boot any help would be appriciated
