HELP! What port am I missing for remote Access?

Hello,
I have 2 BCM 400's that i can't login to via public ip's.
Some history...Before customer installed a firewall I had no problem. I had their network people open TCP ports 51000 thru 51200, 28000 thru 28255, 443, 1720 and UDP port 5000 setup in the firewall to my 400's. I can login to The call pilot, the maintenance area, the wizards, but not the main configure area. The error states "Conection refused" in lower left area of the window.

What am I missing ?

Try opening port 5989 on the firewall it worked for me.
