Hello,
I have been asked if i can switch the waiting tone with a prompt message.
My MIRAN channels are all occupied and no other card available.
I have been asked not to use call pilot or contact center because they want to do this for the predictive dialer agents.
So they want me to change for a group of agents the waiting tone with a prompt saying that "please wait an agent wil be soon with yo...bla bla"
Can i change the wait tone for 1 or 2 or 3 sets using only miran and cs1000e pbx???
