So, I am an X business works user and have only been using MAS for about 3 months. My GL is not balancing and I can't figure out which reports would be best to figure out where the problem is. I am thinking that the GL Detail report is one but what can i use to compare that to, to help me figure out where the discrepency is?? HELP...hope this makes sense. I basically just want a report that i can compare to the Detail...

Help w/ Balancing GL

1. IF you have been on MAS only three months then you should be working with your reseller.
2. You should be posting on community.sagemas.com which has more resources.
3. If you are not balancing you need to determine when it was in balance and then print or preview the journals since then to see which entry created the out of balance. Again your reseller can show you how to do this.
