Help w/Auto Attendant

Our office uses Nortel T7316E devices and we need help with changing our auto attendant message.

We know how to log into our "company greeting" but don't know how to change our directory message that plays directly after our "company greeting" in our auto attendant/night message.

The secons message tells the callers to dial the extention # for each attorney.

Can anyone help us?
 
It may be a CCR Tree with just a Information step giving the attorneys name and extension. If so that is were you will have to change it.
