HELP!! (Veritas 10)

I'm using Veritas 10 on a windows 2K server and I'm trying to backup Windows 2K web servers that are not part of the domain. I can see the folders I need to backup but I see none of the data that is in those folders. Any help will be appreciated.

INstall the remote agent manuall and connect as a user that has local admin rights on the webserver.
