help vb forms

Hi,
I have a form and a few controls on it.Some controls are on the top of the form.When I take it design mode or run time I see only a portion of the control.

1.Why this is happening? How can I see complete control?

2.How do I take the form to Form layout window in order to see where it is going to display at run time.


3.How do I adjust the form size at runtime?

Not sure about Q1

Q2. You can control the initial form position by setting the Top and Left properties in the form load event.

Me.Top = 400
Me.Left = 500

Q3. Likewise by setting the Height and Width properties.
