I think you mean the various .LEX files that are installed with MSOffice...the problem is that I don't know how you can manage yhem...

It's called CUSTOM.DIC.
Located in C:\...\Microsoft shared\proof

But if you want to have multiple languages, you need to buy the proofing tools from Microsoft. (I needed the French dictionnary and was able to find it on the internet. But I guess I was lucky)...
