help using submit button

I want to have a submit button in my pdf form so the file is attached to an email with MY EMAIL ADDRESS APPEARING IN THE "TO:" SECTION. I can only get email to appear with the attachment, but how do I get my email address to come along with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
