Help Using rules.

Ive tried using rules to send(forward) a copy of all emails to our cad guys to administration. but the rules seem to fail everytime. Ive tried to copy full to internal address and external addresses with no results. This is a huge problem for us. And the sooner it can be resolved.. The better. Rules were checked to be enabled. Is there something I am missing? Im new to this.

Hello,

What version of Notes are you using? I had some problems with the rules in R5.x, so I used a simple Forwarding Agent. Let me know.

I ended up setting up forwarding server side on our external email server. Works okay now. I still wish I knew why the rules wouldn't work previously though. This kind of stuff irks me
