Is there a way in access 2007 to have a Find Command Button search only 1 specific field?

Yes. I've seen examples online on how to do just that, though I've not yet done that myself... maybe I tried an example, I forget.

Anyway, there's also other ways of doing it.

Allen Brown has an example database creating a custom search form and all... might be worth a look, as you probably can find what you're looking for with that. It's a custom search as you type setup, pretty nifty I think.

This is the one I messed with once from his site:
Find as you type - Filter forms with each keystroke. Sample database. Access 97 and later

And the 2 just under it look like possibilities as well, though I've not looked at them.
