HELP URGENT! Client appears only when filter is on!

I have a report which for client appears his code, name, contact and others.
There is one specific client that doesn't appear in my report but should be there. When a filter the report only to show me when this specific client's code appears, then he appears in my report. Also, when I get the sql and throw it and execute it elsewhere, it also brings me correctly the client.
Why is it that when I ask for all the registers to show it doesn't bring me this one client?

Are using "TopN" logic to show only the top X clients?

If that's not the case, check what you have in the "Group Selection Formula" and in the "Format Section..." expression.
