Help URA na Hipath 4000 v4

Implement a ura the same provider receives the trunk operation're ok. but it works well only with analogical extensions of central hipath 4000 already digital extensions and IP does not work. EX: When will dial the functions of the keyboard ura vision says it's impossible.
