Help!!! Unified Messaging for Magix

Greetings all. Has anyone installed Unified Messaging on for Merlin Messaging R 4.0? I have gotten to a point where I am stumped. I have installed the Unifed Messaging App with an SMTP/PoP3 setup. When I look at services on the computer where the App is installed , I see that both Unified Messaging services are started and working. I have set-up Voice-Mail boxes to forward to email and nothing happens. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

There is a smtp logfile kept that will lead you to the resolution. Easy SMTP. Usually it is an incorrect entry. Full name of pop account etc.

I went into Unified Messaging App under program files and looked in the LogFile folder, there was nothing there. Am I looking in correct area?

I am confused about the IP address of DNS server in UM setup. We do not have a local DNS server. What do I put in there?

You could either use the Internet Router Gateway IP address or any public DNS IP address, like 4.2.2.2 or the client's ISP DNS IP address, provided the LAN has Internet access.
