help to program two facilities at DBC 223

Hi,

I need help to program two facilities at DBC 223.
I have bc12.2

I have a telephone which i want two things:
1. External follow me. OK
2. The extension has a authority code. OK

The problem is when i have external follow me and the authrity code, if someone call to extension the call goes to the telephone operator and doesn't go to a mobile phone.
When i have only the external follow me the call goes.
I saw the cdiv parameter and i don't find the solution.

Hi,

When your phone is locked the external FM will not work because the extension it is not allowed to make an exetrnal call or diversion to an exetrnal number.

The TCD Traffic must allow to dial to external number which is not when the extension is locked.

the external FME can't be done by CDINI.

1-Change service category this will allow external follow me.
For Digital extension
KSCAC:dir=*****,CDIV=**1******;

2. on the phone enter
*22#
you can read on the display of the telephone "acces code+number"
3-Enter the phone number 9************ follwed by #
4- END (remove) #22#

I understand in your threat
When the extension is unlocked the FME works.
When the extension is locked the FME doesn't work which is normal.
