Hi All,

One of our Hipath 4000 v6 console has been getting this weird error code every 2 months. Which would cause our office phone system unable to make inside or outside calls.

Our current workaround is rebooting the whole console or switch to a different partition(CPU) to fix this issue. Does anyone here knows what this code means?

My opinion - it is pointless to send alarms out to the console.

To turn off the alarms:

DEACTIVATE-SIGNL:IMPTMSG,ATND;
DEACTIVATE-SIGNL:FILTER,ATND;
DEACTIVATE-SIGNL:ALLMSG,ATND;
DEACTIVATE-SIGNL:SHORTFM,ATND;

F4066 alarm has a lot of meanings.
This one above has - NO ACT - no action required.

Looking further - it has been already patched - bring your system up to its last release which might cure it.
It refers to One Number Service where SIP phones are set.
Again - nothing that the Operator needs to know about.

In my opinion, it refers to wrong configuration of network-wide call pickup group(s).

Possibly,
On mixed sites (OSV & 4K) I see the 'UA' as being BAF0
With the last 4 digits of message 1 of 5 showing the AUN number.
It all gets overly complex for what it is.

Original Poster - if the system is in a network and you use network wide Pickup Groups then you need to check those - thanks
