help to create 3-D look

Hi,

I have a "bar" that I will be putting on my website that runs across the top. I want it to look 3-D just like the grey bars that tek-tips uses in their site right now.

I have Paint Shop Pro 8. Is there a quick effects button I can use for this or...?

Effects/3D Effect/Buttonize or Inner Bevel should do it for you and depending on how thick the bar is will depend on what the settings are. Play around with it until you get the effect you like.
