Help..Tda50 private file

Hello for all i have tda50 pbx notworking no tone flashing green only.ichecked the sd card but some files in sd card was lost searching for private for tda50 but not found it i found the private for tda30 the bpx is working the dhlc card and co card normaly except the single analog card not working.
need help to found copy from tda50 private file . thanks
