Help - TDA200 - MPR WDT overflow Error

I am getting Major errors two or three times a month from a KX-TDA200 PBX.
Below is a copy of an error. They are all the same.
Date: 07/07/2006
Time: 12:12:50
Error Code: 000
Sub Code: 10000
Error level: Major
Error Message: MPR WDT overflow

There is also a corresponding Minor Error reported when this happens that says Error code - 002, Sub Code - 10000, Error Message - System Restart.

Does anyone know what is causing this? And more importantly, how to fix it?

The system is plugged inbto a dedicated UPS and only has 32 extns and 16 Copper CO Ports. A simple configuration.
