help, system reboot everyday after panic

This is what i got from /var/adm/messages
i'm running solaris 8 on a ultra 60
anyone got clue how to resolve this? is it hardware or software problem?
 
Sounds like hardwware. Did you use adb to examine the kernel dump? What are you doing (to the system) or what is going on when this occurs?
