Help stop Spam Spoofing our email!

We are getting alot of spam that is spoofing the "From:" entry as users in our domain.

They are sending them to our users and users outside of our company. So my users are getting the "out of office" autoreplies and NDR's.

(I tested the headers & route with spamcop, the source is not internal)

Can I stop email authenticating if source is not our domain? Any other ideas? Exchange Administrator/

I've had issues with this too...fighting them as we speak. I haven't been able to find a way to stop them other than to put a filter in place to block anything with specific words/phrases. Like "free" or "insurance." Let me know if anyone has a better solution...I'd be happy to put something else in place.
