Help SIP TRUNK to ns500

I have worked sip trunk to ns500
But it does not have a voice two way?

If you are using nat you have to have ports forward in the router
12000 to 12511 udp if not using nat settings on the system or 16000 to 16511 udp if you are

Fwd to the dsp card IP address

just ports voice Router communication from the company

is it sip to analogue line interface. You have to have a firewall/router to protect your system from being hacked if you are using sip trunks

I install router On of port a voice to device nec
Port open in router fwd 16000 to 16511udp to ip dsp//5060 to 5060udp to ip pbx
In this image has not been any change
3-Who is responsible for RTP ip pbx or ip dsp?

that screen shot shows you are not natting so rtp ports are 12000 to 12511
are you registering to your provider. if so it should be ok without those rules

the system tells your provider what rtp port to use. other causes are sip helpers or ALG enabled on the firewall.
make sure these are disabled


I see stun is enabled are you using this and did your provider ask you to do so

The problem now without tone... just contact two way
But it does not have a voice two way
Telecom Company Tell me we do not see RTP From PBX... see just ip pbx..not see ip dsp?

stun is enabled.. factory default setting in Shelf Property

How can I work on wireshark Possible help me in this

you will need a mirror port/old type network hub on the system port to capture all the data coming out of it to see what is happening
