I have an Option 11c with R 25. I cannot get a Phantom Superloop into the configuration. Since 40, 44,48 64 and 68 are already in place I am trying to set up 52.
I assume that this is the next available loop open for configuration. (See CEQU below)

However when I go to LD 97 and try to set is up I get a prompt for the XPEO. (See below)

I can’t seem to figure out what it it needs for this.
Am I on the right track for getting this set up?
I found the following Tek tips article but can’t connect the dots. What does contact the BT mean?
thread798-493329 am trying to forward an extension to cell phone we got to replace our companion system. I got an ACD set up but can’t transfer incoming calls to the extension. I assume this is a trunk-to-trunk problem I have CFF set up but still no go.
Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Read the last entry in thread798-638745. There is a lot of good information there.

in LD97 you need to enter N, (to signify it is a Phantom) Try loop N96

You all are great
I got it in and set up but I still can’t get it to accept calls forwarded form my in house menu.. I am sure it is a CLS issue any ideas how I can set this up an not get burned by some kid with to much time on their hands.

As wdhb suggested, you need to assign a number that is beyond the reach of hardware. In an Option 11, you can only have 5 cabinets, so TN 60 1 would be the first "virtual" TN. That corresponds to superloop 96 (just go with the flow here). In LD 97, when you preface 96 with N (N96), you tell the system that there is no hardware associated with the superloop, that it is just a phantom. In an Option 11 you can use 96-112.
