I am trying to help my brother with a Robotics 56K modem. It is giving him an error 777. Please give me a heads up on which direction to hed with this. I am trying to help remotely and he does not have internet access....because he can not get the modem to work for him. I can follow direction..... I am a bit savvy, but he is not and I need to direct him. Can you help me? I would be most appreciative!! Really! Thanks!! Sandy
