Greetings,
We currently have a process of signing up subscribers every year for our company. This involves the following process. I am trying to take this out of an outdate FoxPro Program and put this into Goldmine, so any help on how to do this, or points to a demo would be appreciated.

The process is as follows.

1) List of subscribers is recieved and imported into an old Fox Pro Database
2) Fox Pro Database is merged to work with an old program written to assign calls.
3) Call director assigns a block of customers to specific sales rep to call them and indicate their response for re-registration.
4) Sales reps will place calls for their assigned customers, record response in database and send out form.

I have fiddled a bit with the campaign manager, however I can't find the place where one could assign customers to a sales rep. If anyone can help me on this I would be appreciative.

GoldMine's lookup.ini could handle this... From the sounds of it you'd want to utilize the random function to assign a number to each record then another statement to translate that number to a sales rep.

Not sure what the lookup.ini is, basically just need a way (or an explanation how) to assign calls to a sales rep from within Goldmine.
