A facility reported to me this morning that all their phones have "service mode on" displayed in their windows. If they hit the button under Modes, it shows Night Routing and then an option to exit. How was this turned on and how do we turn it off? They say they are able to make/receive intermittent calls at this time. No one but me has rights to the programming of system, so someone must have done something on their phone to activate this feature. Any ideas?
