Hi, When i print my separations for cmyk or pantone colours they print in grayscale, what am i doing wrong? Why may this be happening? Any help much appreciated

Thanks

Ben

That's what separations are!

They're only positive/negative. The color is added on the press. If you want to know which plate (separation) is which color, you need to tell it to include printer's marks or show page info, etc in your print dialog box...

Let us know if you need more info :)

thanks signal49, told you im new to all this.

geee do i feel silly

Thanks

Ben

No Problem.

I think it's better to learn here than get to the printer and discover you need to redo something!
