do you have a checklist on selecting the appropriate software life cycle model for any project?

XJ2,
Can you be any more specific? Your question is exceptionally vague... Have you got 2 or 3 methodologies you are looking at? Are you looking for a methodology? (Life cycle is life cycle... everything has a begining and an end, and a way to deal with it in the middle... usually attached to a methodology. Is this what you are after?)
Are you focused on Software Development, Construction, or other "generalist" projects?

Best Regards,
Scott
