HELP !!! SCREEN FREEZE IN WINDOWS 95/98

PLEASE, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WINDOWS 95/98 IT HAVE RELATION TO VIDEO, THE SCREEN FREEZE IF I AM WORKING ANY PROGRAM AND I STOP ANY MINUTES, WHEN I WANT CONTINUE..THE SCREEN FREEZE AND I HAVE TO RESTART MY PC... ANY OBS OR COMMENT??

I would turn off all power settings and check the system for spyware. Download Spybot, Adware, or Pest Patrol from

http://www.download.com.

They are all free and will find anything on you system. If that does help post back. It may be hardware related.
