HELP! SAV 10 Rtvscan.exe error 1

We have recently upgrade our Anti Virus software to SAV ver.10.0.0.359 some of our Win2K/sp4 clients are receving the following error "Rtvscan.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. you need to restart the program.
An error log is being created"

Does anyone have suggestions to correct this problem?

Upgrade to the latest version of Symantec Antivirus. That should fix that issue for sure.

Thanks oggywan, we are using Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 10.0. I wasn't aware there was another version.
