I'm a newbie with the citrix environment. When clients log on to the terminal server they get this message Run time error '484' problem getting printer information from the system. Make sure teh printer is set up corrently. I dont know how to resolve this. I added the users who were having this problem to the admin group and it fixed it dont ask me why, but then it started again after a week. I dont know if there is a driver conflict or what not. If any one knows pleeeeeeeeeease Help thanks alot!

Is this for local or networked printers?
Runtime error 484 indicates that there is a problem getting printer information from the system, which is a bit vague.
Check that the driver on the client matches that in the wtsuprn.inf file on the MetaFrame server.
