I am running netware 3.2 on this server that is showing the router config error:- Router configuration error detected. Router at node <nodeaddress> claims network <address1> should be <address2>.
This error happens after a lightning strike closed to our building and caused partial outage to our building for about 30 minutes. After that I started having this error.
I have been unable to find the root of the problem.
Any suggestion, please?
Thanks

Firstly, track the node address - it is most likely the server. Then, check that the IPX Network address is correct on the server in accordance with what the IPX Network number should be for the network. You will most likely find that <address1> is correct and <address2> is not.

"It's true, its damn true!"

The node address is not the server's address.
The node address that is shown is as error is not part of the server.

Then you need to track down what device is causing the error: PC, printer, network kit etc...
