Help Restoring default Menu Choice's for the File(option)

I tried adding a custom toolbar.
I used the Built-In Menu:File and the File:Close Button. Never used custom toolbars before, now I know why!

I then modified the 'File' choices removing everything but the Page Setup, Print Preview & Print.

This toolbar opens for all reports, and closes with report.

Now the problem!!!
In the orginal 'File' Menu, even in a new database... The options are those set in my custom toolbar, All the other choices are gone!

How do I restore the default setting?

Then, once fixed, Is there a way to create a Print Button instead of modifying the File Button. I can't use the Printer, due to they must set custom paper size first, and the Printer sends it directly to the printer.

I realized another issue as well!
I'm hiding the Access Backgound, using the code from

http://www.mvps.org/access,

as mentioned on the site I 'restore' the background from the report options form, the background restores, but there are no menu's not even my custom menu, which is called from the open event of the report.

How do I un-hide those as well, without changing start-up options and restarting db.

Hello All,

I managed to locate the Menubar Settings in the Customize Toolbar, and was able to restore to default settings!

2nd, I was able to create a new menu option, this is solved!

I'm still having a problem showing the menubar after restoring access's background... Any Ideas, Anyone....
