help required

Hi
I had installed the OTM completely, But on starting further services/configuration it gives message "either the OTM dongle is not attached or the no. is not compaitable".
help is needed for the above?

In order for OTM to work, you have to have a 25-pin dongle connected to your LPT port on your computer. The dongle containst the keycodes that gives you access to the OTM software. Without it, the software won't load.

Hi the OTM is already attached, actually I want to know if I have to do some software configuration changes to do it work or its no is not compatable and the only solution is to change the OTM dongle.

OTM is software, so it can't be attatched it must be installed. For OTM to work you must have the correct DONGLE connected to the Printer Port

When you installed the OTM on the computer, did you type in the security ID from the dongle along with the keycodes that come with the dongle. The ID and keycodes should be on a label on the dongle. As stated before it must be on the LPT parallel port of the the computer.
